How often do I change the head?
Use a fresh head each time you clean. At one clean a week, the Starter Kit's 18 heads last about four months.
Can I flush the used head?
No. Press the button and drop it in the trash, never down the toilet.
Will it scratch my toilet?
The head is soft sponge and non-woven fabric, made to clean the bowl without scratching it.
Do refills fit every kit?
Yes. Every Throne Mate uses the same 2.2-inch head, so the 36-head Refill Pack fits the Starter and Wall-Mount kits.
